Your Board of Directors recently met and approved your operating budget for 2010. Your 2010 coupon booklets have been ordered and you should receive them in time to pay your January assessment. If you own a garage, you will receive two (2) coupon booklets.
If for any reason you do not receive your booklets in time, please notify us immediately. You can pay your assessment in several ways: 1) Send your payments to the Columbia lockbox at Post Office Box 912, Columbia, SC 29202; 2) Go online to www.cmgcharleston.com and select “pay assessments”, you will need your account number noted above for this option if you have not already setup your account. Please be aware if you opt for this method, the payments will only be debited for a 12 month cycle; or 3) Set up ACH for automatic draft of your payments. Please remember that all assessments are due by the first of the month and considered past due after the fifth of the month.
