Recently, the fob system crashed. During this time many residents were unable to access the clubhouse and the pool area. Community Management Group tried to reset the system remotely and reset the system at the main computer on site. However, neither of these attempts were successful. A professional IT person was called to investigate and make the necessary repairs. He was able to do so within a couple of days. It was reported that the cause of the malfunction had to do with the automatic Microsoft updates. These updates are no longer necessary and will be blocked. We should not experience this same issue in the future.
