The Advisory Committee met on August 10th to follow up on the previously noted concerns.
Compactor-The new sign seems to be working fairly well. The area seems to remain free of piles of garbage.
Entrance Gates-In September of 2009 a resident ran into and damaged the gate. The incident was caught on tape. However, the resident was unresponsive to any correspondence from Community Management Group requesting payment for the cost of the repairs. The Board of Directors hired an attorney to pursue the monies. The case was heard on August 6th and the Association won. The defendant is responsible for paying damages, attorney’s fees and court costs.
Annual Meeting-The committee decided to suggest the date for the annual meeting at the next committee meeting. The suggested meeting date will be sent to the Board of Directors for consideration.
