Violation Inspections

The violation inspections will continue to be done on a regular basis.  The following is a short list comprised of the most common infractions. 

  1. Trash may not be stored in the breezeways or on porches.
  2. Boats, RVs, campers, trailers, etc. may not be stored on the property.
  3. Porches are not to be used for storage.  All porches must remain neat and orderly.
  4. Charcoal grills are NOT permitted under any circumstances.
  5. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Owners must clean up after their pets.  Animals may not be left unattended on any balcony or porch.

6.   There shall be no obstruction of any common elements. Owners may place small seasonal decorations on their doors. Residents may utilize a 3’x 5’ space in the corridor for a door mat and small decorative items, such as a potted plant, shoe brush, etc.

      7.  All seasonal, religious and holiday decorations must be removed within 15 days after the conclusion of the holiday.

      8.  No owner shall keep more than 2 pets in any combination.

      9.  Owners must provide a copy of the executed lease and tenant information to Community Management Group for all leased units.  The minimum lease term in one year.
